How we deliver this

The work between your tools

Most of the admin in a growing company happens between systems. Someone copies a new client from the CRM into the project tool, a new starter's details are typed into five different apps, an invoice is checked against a purchase order by eye, and a weekly report is assembled by hand from three exports. Each step is small. Together they take hours every week, and they are where mistakes creep in. We connect the tools you already use so those steps happen on their own.

What we build

Connections between systems. When something happens in one tool, the next step happens in another: a signed deal creates the project, the client folder and the Slack channel; a paid invoice updates the CRM. We build these in n8n, or in the tools' own automation features where that is simpler.

Onboarding and offboarding. A new starter added in your HR system gets their accounts, apps, groups and Mac set up from that one entry. A leaver loses access everywhere on their last day. This sits naturally alongside the identity and device work we already do.

AI where it helps. Reading and sorting incoming email, pulling the fields out of invoices and documents, drafting summaries, and answering questions from your own documentation. AI is used for the steps that need judgement on messy input, with ordinary automation doing the rest, and a person checking anything that matters before it goes out.

Shared data. Where information lives in several places, a single database such as Supabase or a well-built Notion workspace becomes the source the other tools read from. Our Notion systems page covers that side.

How it works

Discovery. We sit with the people doing the work and map the steps that repeat, how often, and what goes wrong. The first automation is the one that saves the most time with the least risk.

Build and test. The automation is built against your real tools, tested with real examples, and run alongside the manual process until it is trusted.

Hand over. Each automation is documented: what triggers it, what it does, and what to do if it stops.

Afterwards. Every automation is monitored, so if an app changes its API or a run fails, we know before you do and fix it.

Why Stabilise

We already manage the accounts, devices and SaaS tools these automations connect, so we know where the data is and who should see it. That matters most with AI: we decide what each workflow is allowed to send to an AI model, strip or mask sensitive fields first, and use providers that do not train on your data. The wider service is on our AI & Automation page.

Frequently Asked Questions

Which tools can you connect? Most business tools with an API, including Google Workspace, Microsoft 365, Slack, Notion, Airtable, HubSpot and Xero. Where there is no API, we look for another route or tell you it is not worth automating.

Is it safe to put our data through AI? It can be, with care. We limit what each workflow sends, keep processing in the UK or EU where required, and keep a record of every run.

Do we need someone technical to look after it? No. We monitor and maintain the automations as part of the service.

What should we automate first? Repetitive, rules-based work with clear inputs: onboarding checklists, lead routing, invoice processing, recurring reports and inbox sorting.

Scoped, priced, delivered.

Every project follows the same predictable path. You know what you're paying for and when it lands, before we write a single line of config.

01

Discovery

We assess scope, requirements, and constraints. You get a clear picture of what's involved before we quote.

02

Plan & Quote

Fixed scope, fixed price, fixed timeline. No hourly billing, no scope creep, no surprise invoices.

03

Delivery

We build it while your team keeps working, running cutovers out of hours where that is what it takes. Zero downtime, and aftercare once it is live, with the period set out in your project document.

These describe the work. The proof lives next door.

Every page here sets out what a project involves, how we run it, and what you get at the end. For what happened when we did it for a real client, read the case studies. For what those clients say afterwards, read the reviews. Both are named, dated, and verifiable.
