Why We Built A Platform

Most MSPs Send You A Quarterly Report. We Give You The Live View.

The industry runs on a stack of disconnected tools: one RMM, one PSA, one ticketing system, one spreadsheet for licences, another for compliance evidence. Your view ends up as a PDF emailed at month-end. Ours is a dashboard your team logs into whenever they want to see what is actually happening across their fleet, identity provider, network, and SaaS estate.

What You Get

Three Things Every Stabilise Client Gets On Day One.

See Everything

Devices, users, licences, compliance evidence, and vulnerabilities across every system you run. Refreshed on every device check-in, not on a 24-hour batch.

Self-Serve In Slack

An AI helpdesk lives in your team's Slack, grounded in your knowledge base. Most questions get answered instantly. The rest land on our desk with full context.

Spend Less On Software

We catch your over-bought seats, expired EOL devices, and unused licences automatically. Most clients save more than they pay us in the first quarter.

Security Posture

Know Where You're Exposed, In Real Time.

A live security score across every device your team uses, broken down by Encryption, MFA, OS Updates, Firewall, Screen Lock, Antivirus, SIP, and Gatekeeper. The score updates whenever a device checks in. Click any category to see exactly which devices are dragging it down.

What This Means For You

When your insurer asks 'are all your laptops encrypted?' you have the answer in five seconds, with evidence. When a device drops out of compliance, you and we both see it before it becomes a problem.

Lightweight Visibility

Posture Reporting Without An MDM Headache.

A small native macOS agent reports device posture without needing a full MDM. It covers encryption, firewall, OS version, screen lock policy, antivirus state, SIP, Gatekeeper, installed applications, listening ports, local admin accounts, and browser extensions. Linux and Windows agents are in development. Updates ship over-the-air.

What This Means For You

You can be compliance-evidence-ready in days, not months. If you already run Jamf or Intune, the agent gives you a second source of truth that catches what the MDM misses.

Compliance

Cyber Essentials Plus, Without The Annual Scramble.

The 27 Cyber Essentials controls and 31 CE+ controls are mapped to live evidence rules. The platform auto-detects roughly 12 controls per framework from agent telemetry and accepts manual evidence with electronic attestation for the rest. Evidence snapshots are immutable and timestamped. ISO 27001 and SOC 2 modules are next.

What This Means For You

Stabilise is itself CE+ certified, so we know what an assessor wants to see. When your audit week comes, your evidence is already there. No spreadsheets, no screenshot folders, no scramble.

Read-Only Integrations

We Can't Break Your Google Workspace By Accident.

One-click OAuth connections to Google Workspace, Microsoft 365, Slack, Adobe, Mosyle, CrowdStrike, Tailscale, UniFi, Synology, GitHub, Atlassian, and more. Every integration is read-only. Stabilise never creates, modifies, or deletes anything in your connected systems. Each integration is health-monitored with live status.

What This Means For You

The number one reason people are wary of an MSP is the fear that we will delete the wrong user, mis-configure the firewall, or trigger an outage with a clumsy change. Read-only at the OAuth scope means we physically cannot.

Licence Tracking

Stop Paying For Seats Nobody Uses.

Where a SaaS platform exposes licence data via API (Google Workspace, Microsoft 365, and a growing list of others) Stabilise pulls assignments automatically and shows per-product utilisation, renewal dates, monthly cost, and unused-licence waste. For platforms without a licence API, or behind enterprise-only tiers, you can record seats manually and get the same renewal alerts and waste flags alongside everything else.

What This Means For You

Most businesses over-buy SaaS seats by 15 to 30 percent. Stabilise turns that hidden waste into a monthly line you can act on, whether the data comes from an API or a number you entered yourself. For many clients, the licence savings cover our retainer.

Joiners And Leavers

When Someone Leaves, Their Licences Come Back Automatically.

Directory users sync from Google Workspace and Microsoft 365. The platform tracks MFA enrolment, account status, last sign-in, suspension state, role, and every licence each user holds across connected systems. Off-boarding a user reclaims their licences automatically and surfaces the savings.

What This Means For You

Off-boarding is where most businesses leak money quietly. A leaver in Slack still holding a Mosyle seat. A contractor finished six months ago still consuming an Adobe licence. Stabilise catches this on the day it happens, not at the year-end audit.

Proactive Alerts

We See Issues Before You Do.

Real-time alerts when posture drifts: a user without 2FA, a device that has stopped checking in, an unencrypted disk, an out-of-date OS, a missing antivirus, a degraded integration. Alerts route to the right Slack channel automatically, with severity and a deep link back to the dashboard. Critical alerts ping immediately; low-priority ones batch.

What This Means For You

The first you should hear about an issue is from us with a fix already underway, not from your insurer, not from a regulator, and not from a member of your team who has lost a day's work.

AI Helpdesk · The Differentiator

Your Team Asks Slack. Slack Answers In Seconds.

Every Stabilise client gets a knowledge base inside the dashboard. We write the articles your team needs ("how do I reset my Wi-Fi password", "how do I request a new Mac", "what do I do if I lose my laptop"), and you can add your own. Articles are tagged against the software they apply to.

Every published article is ingested by an AI helpdesk that lives in your team's Slack workspace. Anyone asks a plain-English question, the bot answers in seconds with a link back to the article. If the answer isn't in the knowledge base, the ticket lands on our desk with full context.

What This Means For You

Your team gets instant answers in the tool they already use, instead of raising a ticket and waiting. The ones that do reach us arrive with context, so we resolve them faster. Most clients see a 60 to 80 percent drop in routine helpdesk volume within the first month.

More Of What You Get

Six More Reasons The Platform Earns Its Place.

Policies With Acknowledgement

Acceptable Use, Data Handling, BYOD, Incident Response, and others on 30, 90, 180, or 365-day validation cycles. Your team acknowledges electronically. Re-acknowledgement is automatic when a policy is updated. Audit-ready evidence without anyone touching email.

Onboarding In Days, Not Weeks

When you sign up to Stabilise, a structured onboarding template walks both sides through every step: system connections, user import, device enrolment, policy distribution, kick-off call. Most teams are fully live in under a week.

Transparent Per-User Billing

Stripe-native subscriptions with per-user line items in the dashboard, aggregated to a single monthly invoice. Mid-cycle changes use a fixed daily proration rate so you only pay for what you actually use. No reconciliation spreadsheets.

Vulnerability And EOL Detection

Per-device installed application inventory cross-referenced against the National Vulnerability Database and an end-of-life database. We flag devices running EOL operating systems or vulnerable applications and patch them before they become a story.

MSAs And SOWs In One Place

Master Service Agreements and Statements of Work generate and track per client. E-signature flow. Pending documents surface on your billing card so renewals never slip through email.

Immutable Audit Log

Every change in the platform is logged: who connected what, who approved which software, who edited which policy, who acknowledged what. Immutable, queryable, and the answer to every insurer and auditor question.

Stabilise Node · For Offices With On-Prem Gear

We See Your Network. No VPN Required.

If your office runs UniFi networking or a Synology NAS, the Stabilise Node gives us a live read of both without opening an inbound port. It is a small agent running on any Linux device at your office (a Raspberry Pi will do), connected back to us over a private secure tunnel. The Node polls the dashboard every 30 seconds and reports posture. Updates are pushed over-the-air and cryptographically signed. Credentials never touch disk; they are fetched per cycle and held only in memory.

Network and NAS are the two pieces of infrastructure most MSPs cannot see remotely without insisting on a site-to-site VPN. The Node makes on-prem appliance health and compliance evidence land in your dashboard alongside everything else.

From Your UniFi

  • Firewall rules and port forwarding
  • WLAN auth (WPA3, 802.1X, RADIUS)
  • IDS / IPS status
  • VLAN isolation
  • Firmware version and AP health
  • Channel utilisation
  • Rogue AP detection

From Your Synology

  • DSM version and package updates
  • Security Advisor result
  • RAID and SMART status
  • Certificate expiry
  • Hyper Backup last success
  • UPS state
  • Failed login attempts

Included With Every Managed Plan

No Add-Ons. No Tiers For The Platform.

When you partner with Stabilise, you get the platform as part of your monthly fee. Whether you are on Essential, Enhanced, or Enterprise, the dashboard, the AI helpdesk, the optional desktop agent, and the optional Stabilise Node are included. Different plans get different response SLAs and engineering coverage, but the platform itself is the same.

Security And Trust

Built To The Standard We Hold You To.

Stabilise is Cyber Essentials Plus certified. Every layer of the platform reflects that.

Cyber Essentials Plus Certified

Independently audited annually against the UK government's CE+ scheme. We sell you what we already use.

AES-256 Encryption At Rest

Sensitive credentials and OAuth tokens are encrypted using authenticated encryption. Keys are rotated on a documented schedule.

TLS In Transit

Every connection between you, the dashboard, the agent, and the Node uses modern TLS with strong cipher suites and HSTS.

Row-Level Database Isolation

Your data is isolated from every other organisation at the row level in the database, not only at the application layer. Enforced by the database itself, not by code we hope is correct.

Role-Based Access Control

Four permission tiers with the principle of least privilege. Every change is logged in the audit trail.

Read-Only Integrations

Every integration is read-only at the OAuth scope or self-enforced in code where Google or Microsoft has not granted a finer-grained alternative.

FAQ

Questions You're Probably Asking.

Is The Platform Included With My Stabilise Plan?

Yes. Every Stabilise managed client gets the platform included. There is no separate licence fee, no add-on, and no per-feature pricing. When you sign up to a managed IT plan, you and your team get full access to the dashboard, the AI Slackbot, the optional desktop agent, and the optional Stabilise Node from day one.

Does Stabilise Modify Any Of Our Data?

No. Every integration is read-only. We connect to your Google Workspace, Microsoft 365, network gear, NAS, and other systems to enumerate users, licences, posture, and configuration. We never create, modify, or delete anything in those systems. Read-only is enforced at the OAuth scope or self-enforced in code where Google or Microsoft has not granted a finer-grained alternative.

Where Is The Data Hosted?

In the United Kingdom and European Union. Where a sub-processor is necessary outside the UK or EEA (for example, payment processing), we rely on UK Standard Contractual Clauses with the International Data Transfer Addendum. The full sub-processor list, with locations, is in our Privacy Policy.

Do We Need To Install Anything?

Both agents are optional. The Stabilise desktop agent is a small native macOS agent that reports device posture without requiring an MDM. The Stabilise Node is a small agent that runs on a Linux device at your office and reads UniFi and Synology data locally. Some clients run with neither, most run with the desktop agent, and offices with on-prem network or NAS gear get the Node.

What Does The AI Helpdesk Have Access To?

Only published knowledge base articles that we and your team have chosen to make available. The Slackbot is grounded in those articles via semantic search. It cannot reach private data in the dashboard, another organisation's articles, or your end users' Google or Microsoft accounts. Every answer cites the article it came from.

Can I Get A Demo Before Signing Up?

Yes. Book a 30-minute call with Dustin Rhodes, our co-founder. We walk through the dashboard with your stack in mind, flag the biggest risks we can see from the outside, and follow up with a written plan. No commitment, no sales pitch.
