You're building a company. Not an IT department.
You've got a product to ship, a team to grow, and investors to answer to. We build and manage your entire Apple infrastructure so you can focus on what matters most: your product.

What We Handle
Everything from your first Mac to your fiftieth
Identity & Access
SSO across every tool, with Google Workspace or M365 as your identity provider, and Okta or JumpCloud when you outgrow the basics. Everyone gets one login, and when somebody leaves, their access leaves with them.
Zero-Touch Enrolment
Every Mac enrolled in MDM from the moment it ships. Pre-configured with apps, security policies, and settings. New hire opens the lid and they're working.
Cloud Platforms
Google Workspace or Microsoft 365 set up the way it should have been on day one, with shared drives, email routing, and security defaults that make sense for a small team. We do it once so you can stop thinking about it.
Ongoing Support
Your team Slacks us when something breaks. We fix it fast, with a 15-minute response SLA on Premium urgent tickets. Real engineers who know your setup, your tools, and your team.
Security That Grows
Cyber Essentials when your first enterprise client asks. Endpoint protection from day one. When you're ready for SOC 2 or ISO 27001, the foundation is there.
System Ownership
We document everything as we go: network diagrams, asset registers, runbooks. If you ever bring IT in-house, your new hire inherits a working, documented system rather than a mystery. The infrastructure is yours.

Frequently asked questions
Do you work with pre-revenue startups?
Yes. Many of our startup clients come to us at seed or Series A stage. Our plans start at £35/user/month with 30-day rolling contracts and zero setup fees, so you're not locked into anything you can't afford.
Can you help us pass security due diligence for enterprise clients?
That's one of the most common reasons London startups come to us. We get you Cyber Essentials certified and build the security documentation that enterprise clients and investors expect to see.
What happens if we hire an in-house IT person later?
Everything we build is documented and yours to keep. Network diagrams, runbooks, asset registers, vendor credentials. A good in-house hire will thank you for the handover.
Can you scale IT with us as we grow?
That is the point of per-user pricing. Onboard five people this month and they're covered; the bill tracks headcount. The MDM, identity, and security foundations we build at 10 people are the same ones that work at 100.
Can you set up IT for a brand-new startup from zero?
Starting from zero is the easy case. Domain, Google Workspace or Microsoft 365, device enrolment, security baseline, and password management, typically within a week. You get a foundation that passes due diligence later instead of technical debt that fails it.
Do you support mixed Mac and Windows startups?
We specialise in Apple and most of our startup clients are Mac-first, but Windows machines and the cloud stack around them are fully supported.
