Account and Data Deletion

You can delete your Stabilise account and any associated personal data, including data received from Google APIs, at any time. Choose the option that suits you below.

Option 1: Delete From the Dashboard

  1. Sign into the Stabilise dashboard at app.stabilise.io
  2. Open Settings
  3. Select Account
  4. Click Delete Account and confirm the action

The dashboard will ask you to confirm the deletion. Once confirmed, the request is processed immediately.

Option 2: Delete by Email

Send an email from the address registered against your account to privacy@stabilise.io with the subject line:

Delete my account

Please include the organisation name on the account so we can verify and locate it. We will confirm receipt within two business days and complete the deletion within the timeframes set out below.

What Is Deleted

When you delete your account, the following data is removed from our live systems within 30 days:

  • All OAuth tokens, including tokens issued by Google for the admin.directory.user.readonly and apps.licensing scopes
  • Directory data synced from your identity providers (names, email addresses, account status, MFA status, suspension state, last sign-in timestamps)
  • Licence assignment data enumerated from connected SaaS systems
  • Device telemetry collected from any enrolled devices via the Stabilise Node device agent or the Stabilise desktop app
  • Your account profile, settings, and any data your organisation submitted to the Service
  • Support communications and ticket history

Encrypted backups containing the deleted data are aged out within a further 35 days.

What Is Retained, and Why

We retain only the minimum data required to meet our legal obligations:

  • Invoice and financial records are retained for six years to meet UK tax law requirements
  • Aggregated, de-identified usage statistics may be retained indefinitely. These do not identify you or your users.
  • Audit logs showing security-relevant actions (sign-in attempts, credential access) are retained for up to 12 months for forensic purposes

Revoking Google Access Separately

If you only want to revoke Stabilise's access to your Google Workspace without deleting your Stabilise account, you can do so from Google directly at myaccount.google.com/permissions. Revoking Google access stops directory and licence sync, but leaves your Stabilise account in place.

Timing

  • Acknowledgement. Within two business days of receiving an email request
  • Live system deletion. Within 30 days of confirmed request
  • Backup expiry. Within a further 35 days
