Hire fast without IT chaos. Every new MacBook ships ready, so week-one onboarding takes minutes, not days.
Apple Business Manager & Zero-Touch Deployment
No imaging. No half-day of setup. A new MacBook ships from Apple, enrols itself through Apple Business Manager, and is configured before anyone opens the box. We design and run zero-touch deployment for London businesses, so onboarding stops eating your week.
What We Set Up
We create and configure your ABM account, link your reseller, and connect it to your MDM. The foundation everything else runs on.
ADE (formerly DEP) so every new Mac, iPhone, and iPad enrols itself on first boot. Enforced enrolment that users cannot skip.
A dedicated MDM to push apps, enforce policy, and run the fleet day to day. We deploy Jamf Pro as standard and manage it for you.
Volume Purchase so your company owns app licences, pushes them silently, and reclaims them when someone leaves instead of losing them to personal accounts.
Configuration profiles for Wi-Fi, VPN, certificates, restrictions, and settings. Each role gets the right build without manual setup.
OS and app updates managed centrally and enforced on schedule, so the fleet stays current and secure without chasing users.
How It Works
Zero-touch deployment is four steps, and after setup none of them need a person. Here is what happens when a new Mac arrives.
Macs and iOS devices bought through Apple or an authorised reseller flow straight into your Apple Business Manager account. No serial numbers typed by hand.
ADE (formerly DEP) hands each device to your MDM the moment it connects. Enrolment is enforced, so it cannot be skipped or removed by the user.
Configuration and provisioning profiles, VPP-licensed apps, FileVault, and your security baseline all push down automatically before the user reaches the desktop.
They sign in once and the Mac is ready, with apps installed, Wi-Fi configured, and policies enforced. Nobody from IT has touched it, and the new starter is productive from their first morning.
Imaging Macs by hand does not scale. It ties up an engineer for hours per device and produces builds that are never quite identical, and the whole approach falls apart the moment you hire three people in the same week. Zero-touch removes the engineer from the equation entirely. The largest Mac fleets in the world run this way for a reason: it is the difference between a handful of admins and a roomful of them.

Common Questions
Apple Business Manager (ABM) is Apple's free web portal for organisations. It links the Macs, iPhones, and iPads your company buys directly to your mobile device management system, so they can be configured automatically before anyone touches them. It also handles Volume Purchase (VPP) for apps and Managed Apple Accounts for your staff. ABM is the foundation that makes zero-touch deployment possible.
Zero-touch deployment means a new Mac is configured automatically the first time it powers on, with no engineer ever opening the box. It works through Automated Device Enrolment (ADE, the feature formerly called DEP). A device bought through Apple or an authorised reseller appears in your Apple Business Manager, gets assigned to your MDM, and pulls down your apps, settings, and security policies as soon as the user signs in. They go from unboxing to working in minutes.
They are the same thing under different names. Apple renamed the Device Enrolment Program (DEP) to Automated Device Enrolment (ADE) when it consolidated everything into Apple Business Manager. If a provider still talks about DEP as a separate product, that tells you how current their Apple knowledge is.
In most cases, yes. Apple Business Manager links your devices to a management system, but it is not the management system itself. You need a dedicated MDM like Jamf Pro to push apps, enforce security policies, and manage the fleet day to day. The two work together, with ABM assigning the device and Jamf managing it from there. We help you choose the right MDM in our Jamf, Intune, and Iru comparison.
Volume Purchase (VPP), now part of Apple Business Manager, lets your organisation buy and assign apps centrally. Instead of staff buying apps on personal accounts, your company owns the licences, pushes them silently through MDM, and reclaims them when someone leaves. For any team beyond a handful of people, it is the only sane way to manage app licensing.
Yes. We enrol your current fleet into Apple Business Manager and your MDM, bring devices under management without wiping them where possible, and set up zero-touch so every future device is automatic. Most migrations complete in 2-4 weeks with no downtime. From then on, new starters open their MacBook and it configures itself.
