Stabilise looks after the Macs, iPhones and cloud accounts of businesses across London. We are a seven-person team, so this is not a role where you sit in a queue answering scripted tickets. You will work directly with clients, own problems end to end, and learn from engineers who have been doing Apple estates for a long time.
What you will do
- Support Mac and iOS users across our client base, remotely and on site in central London.
- Manage devices through MDM: enrolment, configuration profiles, app deployment and patching.
- Run zero-touch deployments through Apple Business Manager for new starters and hardware refreshes.
- Administer identity and productivity platforms: Google Workspace, Microsoft 365, Okta.
- Diagnose network problems on client sites: Wi-Fi, DNS, DHCP, the usual suspects.
- Write things down. Documentation is part of the job, not an afterthought.
What we are looking for
If you meet the requirements but not the nice-to-haves, apply. If you are strong on Windows and want to move into Apple work, this is probably not the right role yet, because our clients expect Apple depth from day one.
Pay and benefits
- £38,000 to £48,000 depending on experience.
- Hybrid working. Client site visits are part of the role; the rest is flexible.
- Your own Mac and the tooling you need.
- Training budget, including Apple and MDM certifications.
How we hire
- Apply below with your CV. You will get a confirmation straight away.
- First review. We use AI (Anthropic Claude) to produce an advisory first-pass summary of each application against the published criteria on this page. A person reads every application and makes every decision; the AI never rejects or advances anyone.
- Short questionnaire if we would like to take it further, sent by email.
- Interview with the founders, at our office or by video.
- Offer. We check right to work before a start date, as UK law requires.
We reply to every applicant, whatever the outcome. CVs from unsuccessful applications are deleted after six months. If you need any adjustment to this process, such as extra time on the questionnaire or an alternative format, email careers@stabilise.io (opens in a new tab) and we will sort it.
