Project Overview
Outdated infrastructure doesn't just slow people down. It drives your best people mad. We take offices running on ageing networks, unreliable meeting rooms, and unmanaged devices, and turn them into high-performance workspaces where technology stays out of the way.
What We Deliver
Ultra-Fast Network Infrastructure
When your team moves 4K video files, large design assets, or collaborative CAD projects, standard networks become bottlenecks. We deploy 10GbE infrastructure with sub-second file transfers for multi-gigabyte assets, local NAS speeds that rival cloud without the monthly fees, and future-proofed capacity that scales to 25GbE/40GbE. Professional cable management and full documentation included.
Intelligent Meeting Rooms
No more "can you hear me?" moments. Neat Bar systems with one-touch meeting start, AI-powered audio with noise cancellation, seamless integration with Google Meet, Zoom, or Microsoft Teams, and remote monitoring for proactive issue resolution. Your team gets comprehensive training so adoption is instant.
Enterprise-Grade Networking
Unifi Networks for SMEs. Unified management across WiFi, switching, CCTV, and door access. Cost-effective scalability without enterprise complexity. Cloud-based management for distributed sites.
Meraki Networks for enterprise. Zero-touch deployment for rapid multi-site expansion, integrated threat protection, SD-WAN for distributed teams, and comprehensive SLAs.
High-Performance Storage
Synology and Unifi NAS giving you instant access to terabytes of creative assets, no recurring cloud fees, GDPR-compliant data residency in your London office, automated backups with disaster recovery planning, and collaborative workflows without upload latency.
Complete Device Lifecycle
Every Mac, iPhone, and iPad deployed, secured, and supported through its entire lifecycle. Zero-touch deployment with automated configuration via Jamf or Mosyle, security policies enforced automatically, user self-service for common issues, and proactive maintenance preventing problems before they occur.
Our Process
Week 1: Discovery and planning. Site survey, infrastructure audit, stakeholder interviews, technology recommendations, project timeline and risk assessment.
Weeks 2-3: Design and procurement. Network architecture, capacity planning, equipment selection and procurement, installation scheduling (out-of-hours available), integration planning with existing systems.
Weeks 3-6: Installation and integration. Certified engineers handle installation with minimal disruption. Comprehensive system testing, validation, and integration with business systems.
Week 6: Training and handover. User training for all staff, administrator training for IT teams, complete documentation, and formal sign-off.
Ongoing: Optimisation. Performance monitoring, proactive maintenance, quarterly technology reviews, rapid response support.

Client Success Story
Creative Agency, King's Cross
A 40-person creative agency was struggling with unreliable WiFi across three floors, constant meeting room failures, and slow file access killing productivity.
We delivered a Unifi network refresh with WiFi 6E across all floors, four Neat Bar meeting rooms with one-touch operation, Synology NAS with 10GbE for instant file access, integrated door access and CCTV, and Jamf MDM for all 50 Mac devices.
The results: zero WiFi complaints in six months, meeting room bookings up 40% because teams wanted to use them, file access time from 15 minutes to 30 seconds for large video projects, IT support tickets down 60%, and the whole thing paid for itself in 14 months through productivity gains.
"Stabilise didn't just upgrade our technology, they transformed how we work. Our team spends more time creating and less time troubleshooting." Creative Director (redacted)
Frequently Asked Questions
How long do projects typically take? Most complete within 4-6 weeks from contract signing: design, procurement, installation, and training. Compressed timelines available if needed.
Can you work out-of-hours? Yes. We regularly complete installations during evenings and weekends to minimise disruption.
What if we're not sure what we need? That's what the discovery phase is for. We assess your setup, understand your workflows, and recommend the right solutions, not the most expensive ones.
Do you work outside London? We're London-based but deliver projects nationally for the right clients. Core service area is London and surrounding counties.
What happens after the project completes? Every project includes 90 days of optimisation support. Many clients then choose managed services for ongoing support, but there's no obligation.
Can we phase the project to spread costs? Yes. We regularly structure projects in phases: network first, then meeting rooms, then storage. Immediate benefits at each stage.
