Frequently asked questions

Common questions about our on-site IT support services in London.

How quickly can you get to our London office?

90 minutes for Enterprise clients facing emergencies (zones 1-3). Same-day for Enhanced clients. Next-day for Essential clients. We commit to actual arrival times, not 'we'll escalate it' promises.

Do you cover all of London?

We focus on zones 1-3 where most businesses operate (Shoreditch to South Kensington, Old Street to Westminster). We can travel further for infrastructure projects and larger deployments, but emergency response times increase outside this area.

Do you charge per on-site visit?

Depends on your plan. Essential: £150 per visit. Enhanced: Same-day emergencies included, scheduled visits at reduced rate. Enterprise: Unlimited on-site visits included. All plans include quarterly on-site reviews.

Do you support Windows machines?

Yes, we support mixed environments. While our expertise and certification focus is on Apple devices (70% of our workload), we also provide Windows support for businesses with hybrid setups. Most London companies have a Mac-heavy environment with some Windows machines for specific applications, and we handle both seamlessly.

Who shows up?

Certified Stabilise engineers, not subcontractors. The same engineer when possible so they know your environment.

What if you can't fix it on-site?

We diagnose on-site, document the issue, and either return with replacement hardware or coordinate manufacturer support. You're never left wondering what happens next.

Can you install network infrastructure?

Yes. Our certified network engineers, £2,000-3,500 typical for small office installations (access points, switches, cable management). We design, install, and hand off with documentation.

Do you work evenings or weekends?

Yes for Enterprise clients when needed for infrastructure work or emergencies. Enhanced clients can schedule after-hours work (additional fees apply). Essential clients are business hours only (9am-6pm, Monday-Friday).

Can you help us move offices?

Yes. We plan the infrastructure for your new space, coordinate the physical move of equipment, and ensure you're operational on day one. This is a structured project, not just ad-hoc support.
