1. Eligibility

1.1 The competition is open to UK-registered businesses only.

1.2 To enter, your business must:

  • Be registered and operating in the United Kingdom
  • Currently use or plan to deploy 10 or more Apple devices (Macs, iPhones, iPads, or a combination)
  • Have a genuine business requirement for Apple Business Manager and Mobile Device Management
  • Not be a competitor, supplier, or partner of Stabilise Ltd

1.3 One entry per business. Multiple entries from the same organisation will be disqualified.

1.4 Employees, directors, and immediate family members of Stabilise Ltd are not eligible to enter.

1.5 By entering, you confirm you have authority to commit your organisation to the terms of this competition, including the case study requirements in Section 5.

2. How to Enter

2.1 To enter, visit the competition landing page and complete the entry form with:

  • A valid work email address
  • The approximate number of Apple devices your business uses
  • Consent to be contacted regarding this competition

2.2 Entries must be submitted between 10/11/25 and 15/02/26 at 23:59 GMT.

2.3 Entries received outside this period will not be considered.

2.4 Only one entry method is available (online form submission). Entries by post, email, or telephone will not be accepted.

2.5 Incomplete entries will be disqualified.

3. Winner Selection

3.1 One winner will be selected at random from all eligible entries on 15/02/2026.

3.2 The winner will be contacted by email within 5 working days of the draw.

3.3 The winner must respond within 14 days of notification. If no response is received, a new winner will be selected.

3.4 The winner must be willing and able to:

  • Participate in a technology audit and scoping call
  • Implement the recommended Apple infrastructure
  • Collaborate with Stabilise throughout the deployment process
  • Participate in creating a case study (see Section 5)

3.5 The Promoter's decision is final. No correspondence will be entered into.

3.6 The winner will be announced publicly on 16/02/2026 via the Stabilise website, email newsletter, and social media channels. The winning company name will be shared publicly unless the winner requests anonymity.

4. The Prize

4.1 The prize consists of:

Apple Business Manager Setup

  • Complete Apple Business Manager (ABM) account configuration
  • Automated device enrolment setup
  • Volume purchasing programme configuration
  • Initial app and book deployment
  • Integration with existing business systems where applicable

Jamf Pro MDM Implementation

  • Full Jamf Pro tenant setup and configuration
  • Device enrolment and management policies
  • Security and compliance policy implementation
  • Software deployment and patch management configuration
  • User training on Jamf Pro administration

Expert Consultancy Services

  • Technology audit and infrastructure assessment
  • Software and policy recommendations specific to your business
  • Documentation of all configurations and procedures
  • Staff training sessions (up to 4 hours)
  • 3 months post-deployment technical support

4.2 The total value of the prize is approximately £10,000, though actual value will vary depending on the size and complexity of the winning business's requirements.

4.3 The prize must be claimed within 6 months of winner notification. Extensions may be granted at the Promoter's discretion.

4.4 The prize is non-transferable and cannot be exchanged for cash or any other alternative.

4.5 The deployment will be completed within 12 weeks of project commencement, subject to the winner's availability and cooperation.

4.6 The prize includes:

  • Up to 200 devices enrolled in MDM
  • Standard business hours support during the 3-month support period (9am-6pm, Monday-Friday, UK public holidays excluded)
  • Remote deployment and support (on-site visits are not included but can be arranged at an additional cost if required)

4.7 The prize does not include:

  • Hardware (Macs, iPhones, iPads, or servers)
  • Third-party software licences (though we will advise on requirements)
  • Jamf Pro licensing fees (first 12 months included; thereafter winner is responsible)
  • Apple Business Manager or Apple School Manager annual fees (if applicable)
  • Network infrastructure upgrades
  • Ongoing managed services beyond the 3-month support period
  • On-site consultancy or training (unless specifically agreed)

4.8 If the winner's requirements significantly exceed the scope outlined above, Stabilise reserves the right to deliver a proportionate service within the £10,000 value or negotiate an appropriate scaled solution.

5. Case Study Participation Requirement

5.1 As a condition of accepting the prize, the winner agrees to participate in the creation of a case study documenting the deployment project.

5.2 Case study participation includes:

  • Providing information about your business, challenges, and objectives (subject to your approval before publication)
  • Participating in up to 2 interviews (remote or in-person) totalling no more than 2 hours
  • Allowing Stabilise to document the deployment process through notes, screenshots, and photographs (no confidential information will be captured without consent)
  • Reviewing and approving the final case study before publication
  • Allowing Stabilise to publish the case study on its website, marketing materials, social media channels, and in business proposals
  • Permitting the use of your company name and logo in the case study (unless anonymity is specifically requested and agreed)

5.3 The winner retains the right to:

  • Request anonymisation of the case study (company name replaced with "a London-based [industry] company" or similar)
  • Redact specific information relating to security, personnel, or commercially sensitive matters
  • Review and request amendments to the case study before publication
  • Request removal of the case study from Stabilise's website within 12 months of publication (though Stabilise is not required to remove copies shared via third-party channels or printed materials)

5.4 Stabilise will work collaboratively with the winner to create a case study that accurately represents the project whilst respecting confidentiality and business sensitivities.

5.5 If the winner is unable or unwilling to participate in case study creation, Stabilise reserves the right to withdraw the prize or offer a reduced alternative at its discretion.

5.6 Intellectual property in the case study (text, design, photographs) will belong to Stabilise Ltd, though the winner retains all rights to their trademarks, confidential information, and any materials they provide.

6. Consolation Prize

6.1 All eligible entrants (excluding the winner) will receive a complimentary 30-minute Apple IT audit consultation, valued at £250.

6.2 The audit includes:

  • Remote consultation with a Stabilise Apple specialist
  • Review of your current Apple device setup
  • Identification of quick wins and efficiency improvements
  • Recommendations for security and compliance enhancements

6.3 The audit must be booked and completed within 6 months of the competition end date.

6.4 The audit consultation is delivered remotely via video call. No on-site visits are included.

6.5 The audit is provided for informational purposes only and does not constitute a comprehensive security assessment or create any ongoing obligations.

7. Data Protection and Privacy

7.1 By entering this competition, you consent to Stabilise collecting, storing, and processing your personal data in accordance with UK GDPR and the Data Protection Act 2018.

7.2 Personal data collected includes:

  • Company name and business information
  • Your name and job title
  • Email address
  • Device count information

7.3 Your data will be used to:

  • Administer the competition
  • Contact you regarding the competition outcome
  • Provide the consolation prize (audit consultation)
  • Send relevant information about Stabilise services (you may opt out at any time)

7.4 Your data will not be sold or shared with third parties except as necessary to administer the competition or as required by law.

7.5 You have the right to:

  • Access your personal data
  • Request correction of inaccurate data
  • Request deletion of your data (subject to our legal obligations)
  • Withdraw consent to marketing communications
  • Lodge a complaint with the Information Commissioner's Office

7.7 We will retain your data for 24 months following the competition end date, unless you request earlier deletion.

8. Publicity

8.1 By entering, you agree that if you win:

  • Your company name may be published on the Stabilise website, social media channels, and marketing materials
  • You may be invited to participate in publicity activities (photographs, video interviews, press releases)
  • You consent to Stabilise using your company name and testimonial in marketing materials

8.2 You may request anonymity by contacting privacy@stabilise.io within 7 days of being notified as the winner.

8.3 Participation in publicity activities beyond the mandatory case study (Section 5) is voluntary.

9. Limitation of Liability

9.1 Stabilise will deliver the prize with reasonable skill and care, in accordance with professional standards for Apple IT deployment.

9.2 Stabilise is not liable for:

  • Any loss of business, revenue, or profits resulting from the deployment
  • Incompatibility between the winner's existing systems and the deployed solution (though we will assess compatibility during the scoping phase)
  • Failures of third-party services (Apple, Jamf, internet service providers)
  • Any indirect or consequential losses

9.3 Nothing in these terms excludes or limits liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud, or any other liability that cannot be excluded by law.

9.4 Stabilise's total liability under these terms is limited to the value of the prize (£10,000).

9.5 The winner remains responsible for:

  • Maintaining appropriate cyber insurance
  • Compliance with data protection and other legal requirements
  • User training beyond that provided in the prize
  • Ongoing licensing costs after the prize period

10. General Conditions

10.1 Stabilise reserves the right to:

  • Verify the eligibility of all entrants
  • Disqualify entries that do not comply with these terms
  • Modify or cancel the competition if necessary due to circumstances beyond reasonable control
  • Substitute the prize for one of equal or greater value if the described prize becomes unavailable

10.2 Stabilise's decision regarding all aspects of the competition is final and binding.

10.3 No purchase is necessary to enter.

10.4 This competition is in no way sponsored, endorsed, administered by, or associated with Apple Inc, Jamf Software, or any other third party.

10.5 These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.

10.6 If any provision of these terms is found to be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions will continue in full force.

10.7 By entering this competition, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these terms and conditions.
